Originally from small-town Alberta, Tina relocated to Vancouver to pursue her passion for nutrition. She graduated with honors from the University of British Columbia as a registered dietitian. Having completed her internship in the interior of BC, Tina then chose to settle in the Okanagan Valley.
Tina grew up playing competitive sports - an introduction to movement which later evolved into involvement with endurance sport. A natural progression from her love of sports was to pursue and complete the Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee.
With a strong background in Sports Nutrition, Tina has worked with a range of athletes from boxing to ultra canoe racing in the Arctic. She uses evidence-based nutrition therapy along with a client centred approach, seeing the whole person to help her clients achieve their best whether it be on the field, gym or at home.
Tina is happy to call the Okanagan home with her young active family and is thrilled to be a part of the Pro Motion team! She looks forward to joining and supporting you on your unique journey to wellness.
