Dr. Tait Cuthill

Chiropractor

Born on the coast of British Columbia, Tait was drawn to the Okanagan because of the phenomenal outdoor community and the active lifestyle it offers. From a young age, organized sport and physical activity have played a significant role in his life, leading him to pursue a career in sports medicine.

While studying kinesiology at UBCO, Tait was involved in varsity athletics and after earning his Bachelor of Human Kinetics, he continued his educational journey in Toronto at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he graduated with honours.

Tait’s passion for rehabilitation and injury care stems from his own time being treated for sport-related injury. This was reinforced through clinical experiences where he treated in both private and rehabilitation hospital settings. Using an array of techniques, Tait will find the treatment style that’s best suited for his patient’s needs.

Tait uses techniques such as:

·      Functional Range Conditioning

·      Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Technique

·      Shockwave Therapy

·      Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization

Tait excels in social environments, one of the many reasons why he truly loves his job. Tait brings consistency to every appointment, and you can count on him for thorough care. He will communicate with you clearly and concisely, helping you understand every element of your experience. Expect to be involved in the decision-making process when it comes to your treatment plan; collaboration and patient experience are foundational.

Ultimately, Tait will advocate for you as his patient. He understands what you’re experiencing is unique to you and his passion lies in making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

In his spare time, you’ll find Tait skiing at any one of the local mountains, trying for a personal best 10km time along the Kelowna boardwalk, competing on the soccer pitch, and sampling new food all over the Okanagan Valley!
